Stragint's Owner and CEO, Rick Comeau, has 25+ years' professional experience spanning executive and team leadership, program/project management, professional advisory and consulting services to Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs), IT Directors, etc. Rick is particularly knowledgeable and experienced in serving public sector clients at the federal government level and particularly across state, local, and territorial (SLT) governments.

Rick began his career as an officer in the U.S. Coast Guard and also spent several years as an executive in New York State government and at the nonprofit Center for Internet Security (CIS). He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the George Washington University. Rick is also a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP).
